Hi everyone, I currently have an RTX 2080 ti and am wondering if I should ever upgrade to the new series sometime in the future. The newer ones are a lot faster and have higher speeds, but if I were to do that it would leave a $1200 2080 ti (which I talked to some of the customer support teams...
Did you suddenly unplug it or shut it down, because if you just unplug it, it can damage ram and startup problems wouldn't be completely out of the realm of possibility.
If you are using DisplayPort sometimes it doesn't work until you update the drivers to the Graphics card, which if you did wipe the computer would probably happen. Try HDMI if you haven't already.
What game are you playing? If you haven't already, I'd make sure that everything is updated and try changing your power plan (Windows search bar > Change power plan, there are lots of videos on how to do this) The same guy who made that video also made another talking about things you can do...
Last time I posted here, everyone was extremely helpful with all the support, so I decided to come back for more assistance. When building my PC, I paid for parts that are meant to be overclocked, and still have yet to overclock them. I've been really nervous when it comes to overclocking...
Imao conveniently enough that's my exact cooler that I have with this system. Would you say that the fans set to "extreme setting" (Usually keeps everything very cool while gaming from what I've experienced) would be enough to compensate for the overclocking
Hi everyone, I recently built a PC with an i99900k and a 2080 ti. I ran some benchmarks and noticed that I'm not getting nearly the expected performance of my graphics card and CPU. Instinctively, I freaked out thinking that something was wrong, but after a while came to the realization that it...
Ok so I'm pretty pissed of right now because I've spend the last hour trying to get the best performance out of my 2080 ti in cod warzone to no effect. I've optimized every single windows setting, game setting, and graphics card setting and I'm still getting crap for FPS. I was watching someone...
Hey everyone, I am thinking of buying one of the new RTX 3000 series cards (the 3090 probably) and was wondering if my system would bottleneck it at all. Let me start by saying that I'm a first-time pc builder and have little to no experience with bottlenecking, so please don't roast me if the...
Hi everyone. I recently decided to get my new PC hooked up to ethernet. I plugged it into the port and it worked at first, but after I changed some settings, it refused to show up. It would not show Ethernet in the connectiond tab. For those of you wondering, this is the guide I followed for...
Hi everyone. A while ago, I purchased the Alienware Aw2518h, a good 240 hz monitor that I would strongly recommend. I started using it on my old PC with 240hz and had no issues, however when I plug it into my new one, I have problems with refresh rate. When I go to my display settings, the most...
This may seem like a rather pointless thing to post about for some of you, but please bear with me as it’s genuinely an issue that I’m experiencing. I just finished my new gaming pc build, hoping to make my setup look like one of the builds you’ll see in setup wars or some other YouTube series...
