So I want to undervolt my CPU to rid my pc of overheating problems. The CPU is a i5-4210M 2.6 GHz. I have undervolted to only -0.10V now and I'm pretty scared to go further. How much can I undervolt this CPU without BSOD and restarts?

This has been happening for a week. On higher resolutions, my fps drops from 60 to 40 every 5 seconds. But when I'm playing on lower resolutions, the fps is always stable and it never drops. The fps drops occur almost every 5 seconds. While doing nothing, while walking, in firefights etc...
