He's right. dont bother water cooling a GTX 650. just buy a better card instead, it's more cost effective. plus i don't even know if there are parts to be able to water cool a GTX 650

get a GTX 750 or GTX 750 TI. they run on solely motherboard power, provided that you get the EVGA mini version. correct me if i'm wrong
