put my new graphics card in booted my computer up and installed drivers but it doesnt seem to be enabled as through dxdiag it is still showing old one. Do i need to change my bios for computer to recognise new GPU even though im on my computer now and all drivers installed correctly?

Just bought a second hand computer was already installed with a clean version of vista once i got it back used google chrome to download firefox fine and java. then went to instal utorrent and other .exe files and i double click the download then nothing does not prompt me to install at all...

Tried absolutely everything can anyone else think of any more options. Trying to install New graphics card upgrading from my on-board graphics monitor/motherboard doesn't recognize it at all I have tried: Changing bios so that integrated is disabled and changing to peg for pci slot resetting...
