Could this maybe happen because the drives are not clean and don't have any empty partition? If I remember correctly there is an option to wipe them/create a partition after the setup starts

No no I used the tool to create a windows install on the USB.

Ok I turned legacy mode on, secure boot off. Couldn't find MS link but there was "MS UEFI CA key" which was already enabled. Got the same error :I

Both secure boot and legacy are off, I cannot see any CSM in my BIOS anywhere

I just tried booting from the microsoft media creation tool and it gave me the same thing. Blank blue screen

I downloaded the ISO from microsoft site, and used rufus to put it on the drive, I tried two different drives both gave me a blue sscreen.

I'll try that, I doubt it was a boot drive though since it was originally an external 3TB hard drive that just wouldn't open/load/show when connected so we tried opening to get the harddrive and connect it like a normal hard drive.
