Did you installed the driver, check these are correctly installed and verify you GPU is well installed in your case. Also check if it has all the Power it needs.

CX series are known for thier cheap caps, go with a ANTEC VP-450 Other than that you build is OK.

The major feature of PLS is wide viewing angles which is not important in gaming as you will sit in front of your computer. Go for IPS because it offers better color qualty than the others.

They are talking about gaming in this article... In most tests the fx-8350 and 8370 step over the i5 4690k

In geekbench, the FX-8320 has 12034 points while the I5 4460 has around 10000 pts. BUT in single threaded apps , the I5 4460 wins. BTW zeyuanfu, the upgrade path is upgarding because AMD is pushing toward new CPU to revalize with the 4790K. In multi-threaded app, AMD definitly wins the battle...
