Ok so after testing all the of parts i found that the PSU was the main cause of this, it shorted out and wouldnt provide enough power for the computer to run.

I have just taken off the mobo and it did the same thing as when it was in the case. I had my CPU and RAM on so im not sure if they are the cause of this.

You mean disasembling everything and run some parts outside of the case?

I have recently built a brand new system with new parts. When i plugged the power cord in for the first time and switch on the power supply my mobo lights flashes once and turns off immediately. Nothing else worked after that, no spinning fans, no posts, no lights. I dont know what the problem...
