I downloaded a sound driver from a random site and after my sound didn't work it only shows that it records it but i don't hear it!

Normally my gpu runs on ich 30 degrees but when i start for example fortnite it can go up to 58 and the fans start getting louder. Is it normal? and how can lower the tempature!

My gtx 1060 isn't detected anywhere. I don't find geforce experience, nvidia control panel and device manager. I've had this pc one month and today i the only thing i did was to update the drivers and clean the pc with ccleaner. Help please?
