I'm sorry to say but the GPU was dead. Changing thermal pads and paste (THREE times, just to be sure), did absolutely nothing. :(

The GPU acts the same in both systems. Both Asus Prime X-570P motherboards, both 750W Corsair TX750M PSU, I have a Ryzen 3700X, my friend a Ryzen 3600. The GPU worked perfectly for almost three years, and started doing that only a few days ago.
