Did you try re-sitting the GPU and unplugging and re-plugging monitor outputs?

You can also try re-sitting the CPU and removing all the RAM and only install one stick and see if it shows any signs of life, typically M/B will spin fans for a split second to show something is not right but sometimes the PSU short circuit trips before M/B can show any signs of life. Regarding...
