Just let you guys know. I uninstall, and re-installed the driver, and now it's smooth!!! It proves the issue is that I did not uninstall the old driver before I installed the new one. Thank you again for all your help and thoughts !!!

Hi all, I just upgrade my graphic card to R9 380 4g. I played cs last night, but it got <10 fps sometimes. But gpu core load is not even high when fps drops, but my cpu load get to close to 80 in one core, and get obviously higher in other cores. Does this mean my cpu is the reason of the low...

emeck: The fans wont spin until they get to a certain temperature (in this case.. around 60c), this is a new feature to help with the acoustics of your pc. this is why !!!

Hi all, I just installed my new r9 380 graphic card, but I notice that the two fans are not spinning at all. (When i started my pc, it spins for a few seconds then stops, then spins for a few seconds again, but when windows starts, they fully stopped). I do get signal in my monitor, and...
