Hi there, i have a problem, i have just bought an r9 380 GPU . Everything worked perfectly for a few days (3 days) and after that, i turned on my pc and i saw that the fans weren't spinning at all. In furmarck i get about 90 C degrees and the fans are not spinning. How can i fix that ? And what's the problem ?

Do you have the latest AMD Drivers? Either 15.12 or 16.1 drivers?

Cause the 15.x.x drivers have been pretty bad and problematic

15.7 drivers had the issue of not dynamically adjusting fan speed, where the fan speed was locked at 20% which made some cards overheat and die.

15.11 drivers came out like a few days later and had the problem where the fans and overclock settings would reset after every reboot. The fans would be set to manual on reboot and would be set to 70% which made them insanely noisy at idling.

15.12 drivers came out like a few weeks later seem to fix both of the problems above.

Also the picture you link doesn't show anything wrong with the temperatures... though the RPM on that fan speed is is quite bizarre... 540,000 RPM... I think the PWM fan header on your GPU is broken. Which is probably making your GPU think it's fans are spinning fast as possible when it really isn't spinning at all.

AndiI returned gpu to the guarantee and they send it back with result "in our tests the gpu was performed successful and is no issue with that fans" and... Problem solved. Maybe is a problem on my motherboard? Or is just the windows... The fans get a little spin when I turn on my pc, for about 3 seconds.
