Thanks for all the feedback guys. I am using CPUID HW Monitor to check temps CPU stays in the 30-40 range idle up in the 50s under stress. The GPU's are around 50's idle and up to the 70's under stress. I dont' have the comp hooked up to a UPS its going straight into the wall outlet right now...

Wow thanks for all the feedback guys, Cjl was right on, when I load the cpu it jumps up to the 1.1v mark. Overclocking is where i want to go with this I was thinking about going to the 3.3mhz or 3.6 mark but maybe Ill give the 4.0mhz a try.

prime95 doesn't work in windows7 nor did my motherboard disk, c'est la vie. Sli is enabled and all Nvidia control panel settings are correct, monitor is cool with 1680x1050 and app control is on. Thanks for the memory sugestion Ill give it a shot when I have it apart.
