I switched motherboard and cpu and everything else is the same, i got an asus prime b450m and a Ryzen 5 2600 and ever since i switched i noticed in task manager that my ram is at 1333mhz, even though XMP is enabled in bios. Im very confused and if anyone knows that would be great

ok, sorry for the late reply, i have a gtx 1060 on hand and i tested its temps and at load i hit a max 75c. So i think it had to be something with the cooler on the rx570. And i cuttout an extra hole on the top for extra airflow

Yeah, idk. I had a gtx 1060 which died. The max temp I had on that was around 74-75c but that was in crazy loads and I usually saw 68-69c. Idk what my monitor is. It’s from Element and it stock runs at 60hz but I pushed it to 75hz
