It's a desktop computer, what could I do to find where the noise is coming from?

I've been dealing with this annoying static noise lately, and I believe the problem doesn't come from the headphones, since when I use them on my phone the static noise disappears or when I use my earbuds the problem also disappears, any sugestions?

I haven't checked the BIOS yet, before this the value was at around 11.34, which I still found pretty low, could this he the reason that ASUS Anti-surge was happening? Btw the PSU is Nox NX750

So HWMonitor says my +12V is at 1.673, which I find extremely low, can the software be wrong or is the PSU just really bad?

Right, I actually just switched the gpu 3 months ago, and I had the issue before as well, so I believe I can cross that, same with CPU

Portuguese here, but the PC market is pretty much the same to be honest, what PSU would you recommend me for the build?

Not doubting you obviously, but would you say it's safe to spend money on a new PSU? Thats my biggest fear, to just throw money down the drain

I've used another PSU from the exact same brand, but since it was a 650W I though that maybe it was just the GPU or something, but maybe ASUS Anti-surge system doesn't really like this brand
