    Computer keeps crashing

Check the PSU fan is spinning. On my friends computer a small piece of plastic was stopping the fan. The PSU would eventually overheat then temporarily stop working. It would overheat more quickly with games as they would draw more power.

installed windows 7 after deleting original windows 8 oem on an Asus G75VW.

It may be due to your MBR needing fixed as laptops tend to be setup for 3 partitions as they include a recovery partition whereas most other Windows 7 installations have 2 partitions. 1. Boot from your Windows 7 installation DVD 2. Select 'Repair your computer'. If this does not solve it...

    Gaming PC setup under £750

I don't think the case is overboard since your putting it under your tv. It's also had good reviews. It looks like a good system for the money. Anymore spent on it and you're looking at diminishing returns. I think you've struck the right balance.

    Lenovo h520 graphics card upgrade?

I couldn't find any information on your PSU. You'll have to open you PC case to find out. Usually these systems use the minimum power supply they can get away with but it might be enough for the GTX 650. The GT 630 requires 20A and 350W minimum while GTX 650 requires 20A and 400W minimum.
