GPU is working perfect at other's games. Lowest setting aren't helping, same fps. GPU is tested in FURMARK and works good. I don't know what is wrong with TESO and my new build.

Thank you! Yeah, bottleneck is obvious with i5 7500, but not that bad. Only showing in some games, in PUBG for example proc is 90-100% and graphic core is 100% too. So it’s observed only in COD
