    Update : I moved past previously described problems. I am now stuck at boot loop. I was messing aroung the case, and noticed that pc was starting to boot when I take the cpu lid up.     Yes, I know that, I'm a engineering student (irony?), but I wanted to say that there are other types of memory (HDD?) that can be a cause of the problem.

    Found it. Here are the specs : CPU - Intel Core i5 3350P Processor MB - Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V RAM - 8GB DDR3-1333 MHz GPU - Gigabyte GV-N640OC-2GI HDD - 1TB SATA3 64MB Hope this helps. Also, my first post didn't say that mobo is returning RAM problem, but memory problem.
