Is My power supply going to be enough for my new build?

turkey3 is right, my corsair 600m got fried over the course of two years, i was lucky that it was the only thing damaged in my build, with as many components as you have running at once you'd probably want more than 600w anyway

    PC struggles to boot

This isn't meant to sound patronizing but make sure that you have the cpu connected to the psu. If you have no ram installed the mobo should give you a memory error but should still power on, try it with 1 stick and see if you can reach the bios screen. There is a more complete guide on...

    PC struggles to boot

You could try replacing the battery, make sure you know the make and model, most are 3V lithium ion coin batteries since you got two clean boots before it started acting up again this may be the issue, this could also be a power supply problem though. (*) Make sure that you can actually use a...

    PC struggles to boot

If you haven't already, try clearing the CMOS on your mobo, you can do it the following ways (quickest to most time consuming): (1) Use the clr cmos on the back of your mobo near the audio jacks / usb ports (it will be lit up the color of your mobo LED's) (your computer must be on for this...

Computer randomly turned off in the middle of the night and now have reboot and select proper boot device black screen

Can you start windows in safe mode or is it not detecting the OS at all? Check your psu as well, see if you can turn the computer on and off consistently I recently had an issue similar to this and it ended up being a semi fried power supply.

Is this build good for gaming at 1080p?

16 gb ram might be a bit overkill for just gaming, although I'm not sure what else you'll be running with your computer. A ssd even a small one to boot windows from is one of the best upgrades you can make speed wise.
