I have the same CPU, and I get stuttering too. IMO its not a great CPU, I would get a new mobo eventually and get a new one. Stuttering just started freezing my system for no reason while playing very easy-to-run games, so I'm probably gonna pick up a ryzen or intel cpu for my birthday Also...

Don't worry about getting a $1k PC, I could do all that with very minimal issues on a $500 laptop and a $450 budget gaming PC. Remember, PC gaming doesn't have to be expensive! (P.S, google exists, too)

Looking at the recommended specs, all except for the ram meet the requirement. For recommended, it says 16 gb of ram, not specifying ddr3, ddr4 etc. I have 8 gigs of ddr3 ram, and I am wondering if that is the issue? Also I heard that AMD CPU's have the pins on the cpu, but intel have it on the motherboard. Does that mean I have to get an amd cpu, because thats the brand of motherboard I have?

Yes I know, this is my first desktop, and I've watched plenty of tutorials on this. All the stuff you have to keep track of and the thermal paste and screwing in the cpu cooler and everything else kind of scares me, and I don't want to damage my pc.

I've heard other PC's do this without bottlenecking. Did they overclock the CPU, or can it greatly improve performance even though it still bottlenecks? (Over the RX 460)

My dad won't let me cut yards. He's afraid I'll stick my hand under the motor and cut my fingers off, like what happened to his friend a long time ago.
