Wait! Do you have a service pack? Because if you don't, windows 7 RTM (no service pack) support is already gone, any updated you get for a windows 7 system without a service pack are fake!

Have you updated your BIOS recently, or do you have some kind of automatic driver updater? It is very rare when secure boot will affect your system in a bad way, but there is no such thing as too safe with your computer.

If by remove the linux drive, you mean physically, It's on the same DISK as windows, just on a different partition.

Actually, those are AMAZING temps, unless you meant 95C not 95F, if its 95C your CPU is dying, but 95F is about 1 third of the max temp the CPU can handle.
