I swear I remember there being a program that would allow you to drag a box around part of your screen and then bind it to a keyboard shortcut, thus making hitting that key the equivalent to clicking the mouse on that piece of the screen... I want this for my editing program to make shortcuts...

Yes they indeed are... both three prongs and on the same circuit as my computer... one plugged into a power strip and one into the wall.

Let me clarify... swapping the cable causes ALL fans to WORK. After a reboot from power completely off all three fans will not work again until I swap the cables again (back to the first position they weren't working in, in the first place). So... all fans work and the power to all fans work...
