I was checking a compatible laptop charger for a customer in a shop.
The charger gave me a shock when I touched the connector with my hand. On checking with an electric tester, I can see that the connector is live (the neon bulb in the tester is glowing).
The voltage from the charger is Ok...

Its a 4 pin connector on the motherboard. Download the manual from the above link and it will show you where the connector on the motherboard is.
It will not if the buzzer is not connected to the motherboard. Normally the buzzer comes in a small plastic packet along with screws in the case you selected. Shop guys are always in a hurry to complete the assembly so it may have been left out when your PC was assembled.
Yes, you've got it right. To1 Windows the SSD is just another drive. You could load Windows and frequently used programs on the SSD and the big games, rarely used stuff and data on your hard disk
