Man I have this same problem. Bought a new seagate 2tb hdd fpr my fresh AMD build. My ssd will show up but not my HDD. Tried different sata power and data cables and still nothing.

So I'm an idiot. I believe the white pegs from the case are "pre-installed" standoffs. And so I just installed those black stand offs ontop and that's why I'm having the issue I'm having.
