When my game has LOW FPS, CPU USAGE goes up to around 80-90 percent, GPU around 10-20. When it goes back to normal the CPU USAGE goes down to around 30 percent, and GPU hovers around 10-30 (it goes up and down pretty frequently)

Yeah it happened before I replaced all of them parts. Downloading HWInfo right now.

What software can I use to check the temperature? And this has happened on two power supplies, the previous and current one. Unless they are both not good enough it would be strange if it's still a PSU issue.

I think it may be a GPU unfortunately, and i dont have the money to replace it :/ This has happened quite a few times. I have a new motherboard, RAM and PSU since then. So i'd assume it's the GPU. Is there any work around to this issue? Could it possbily be something else? Here's some other...
