Okay, figured this one out. I know I did this before I tore it all apart and started over again in order to look at the CPU pins, but the fix was to run it with 1 memory stick in the 2nd slot. I had a DOA memory stick. Easy as that.

One other thing, I forgot to mention, regarding my OC. Should I set all BIOS settings back to default when I breakdown my system, then rebuild with the new PSU? I would assume that changing the PSU may impact the OC, but then again this may not be a problem at all.
