Are you still having the same problem? I suspect it could be the psu. I have had very similar problems in the past and it turned down to the psu!

To me it just looks like the integrated graphics are dying, you do have a very old machine there so it could be very likely. You could get a replacement CPU for around 5USD but i guess that may not be an option for you since you keep using such an old pc in the first place.

I could totally say a 1050ti is good, i had one for a few years until it broke (i'm pretty sure it was damaged from the start) the 1050ti worked great while it lasted and i would recomand it for a budget low consumption card!

i think i found the problem, it's both ( . _ . ) i'm not 100% sure but i have a 500W psu i tested the gpu with and got same results but it's quite old too, i'm getting a new one probably by Thursday and i will confirm on the the gpu but the old psu is totally dead can't even start the pc up...
