Hi i am building a pc for my brother with a i5 4460 and a seasonic s12 520 WATT bronze certified so which will be a better graphics card ? i was leaning towards the 380 for the 4gb of ram so what should i get ? btw both cards are the same price

i dont have an ssd and neither did the netcafe pc's i dont know their hard drive color but mine is green could this be the difference?

what do u mean by cleaning ? the pc is like only 2 weeks old and everything is properly connected i have checked like 5 times there is something that i suspect could be the problem the hard in the system is an old wdc Green 1Tb used from my older build its 4 years old

well when i run with v-sync on gta v the gpu load doesnt get above 55% with some noticeable screen tearing and without v-sync on it sometimes goes up to 99% but the screen tearing makes the game unplayable so could it be my settings or my monitor which is a 720p 60hz

i ran furmark and the gpu usage gets to 99% and it runs about 50 degrees, this i what i want to happen in games and it never does

how can i do that ?

I am using windows 7 but i cant try ur method because all of the pc's at home would bottleneck it because they are all core 2 duos pc's Could it be the 3d settings configured wrong?

all drivers are updated and it is a new installation for the windows still the games play like first 15 mins fine with no fps lag then it start untill it gets to a certain point where its unplayable
