I have been able to successfully install windows on the NVME on the 2nd computer. it booted and ran perfectly fine. I am getting a temporary MB from a friend and will see if this new board allows me to boot to windows.

I have solved this issue. I stopped the Windows Biometric Service and deleted the entries in C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase\ then restarted the PC.
I then set up the facial recognition again and it worked!

I reinstalled the graphics drivers to the latest version. It is usually a daily occurrence so I gave it a working day and there hasn't been an incident yet. I guess I just assumed that windows would automatically get the most recent drivers after I uninstalled the old one.
