I just picked up the Samson C01U in hopes I could use it while streaming on twitch, but with Windows 8, the volume is extremely soft. I have to turn up the volume to 96 before it becomes audible, but by then the gain is way too high to be usable. Any suggestions? Here's my original thread

Found out the PCIE slot is bad, moved it to the secondary slot and it works perfectly fine. Received my original 7950 back from RMA. Now I gotta RMA another part, just my luck. At least this time it's with Asus, I hear their customer service is exceptional

Alrighty, figured it out. The PCIE port is dead. I moved the card to the second slot and it's working now. Only problem is, the DisplayPort doesn't work, that must be the video card though, right? Any way to test? Windows isn't detecting anything plugged into the display port. Only...
