Like I said, it matched pretty well only thing that was different was the version number, Zotac didn't actually have any of the BIOSes available to download so I got it from techpowerup.

I got it from techpowerup's website, I got the exact model and the BIOS match all the way until the version number, I don't know if I should reset the BIOS back to the original though as that's what was causing the artifacting, but yeah I'll try this with my current BIOS

I've been using GPU-Z to monitor exact clocks but I didn't know there was a problem detection program, how do I access it?

The core clock is mostly stable at normal clocks

I changed it so you can see, also update: Turns out it's pretty much only the memory clock, I was able to slowly turn up my core clock to get a stable 60 FPS in Apex Legends, still, do you have any idea why the memory clock is crashing the PC?

There is one way to shock it back to life for a little while, if you can get your hands on a heat gun, just go around slowly overtop of the GPU (without cooler), this can soulder back together parts that have bad connectivity, if you can't find a heat gun use a hair dryer for a much longer time...
