Do not use split power supply cables for GPU you need to use 3 separate PCIe power cables running directly from my PSU to the GPU to power your GPU the right way.

Are you water cooling?

You have to uninstall the Nvidia drivers and Install the Amd drivers in order to use the AMD gpu. when your done just reinstall your Nvidia drivers https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-4000-g-series-desktop-processors-radeon-graphics/amd
