So now that I put 1 stick in (8gb), it boots great. But when I put the other 3 in it won't even get to the bios page.also the fans are barely spinning and I have a 750w power supply

I just got an i7 5820k, and a gigabyte x99 ud3 mobo. I built the entire thing and it will just spin the fans and restart every 5 seconds with no screen popping up. I tried the q flash and I didn't work.

Okay so i suck with laptops and i need one for ~$400 the main uses are going to be browser and low quality games(like imvu) BUT i want it to be able to do more if i need it too(such as photoshop,blender,ect). I'm thinking an i5 would be good but i really dont know as i said.(i know desktops...
