that is my current pc build, i need some help deciding which motherboard and CPU to choose on the current market.
should i wait and not buy the monitor and look for another 1440p 2k to buy ?
because im unsure if Intel - Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor, 8gb ram and gtx 1070 ti can handle 4k gaming or can it at say 30 or 40fps ?

What is bothering me now is wither i even need to change my Cpu
i havn't tryed it in another pc but the graphic card runs with fans led's etc but after booting up into windows for a while it the screen goes black and doesnt come on again.

My graphic card recently developed blue lines so now i am looking for another, either 1060 or 1070 (Ti?). or is there something better then those other then 1080? is my PSU good ?

update: after doing tests i found out it was the graphic card i opened the card up and cleaned it in the hopes that it would fix it and nope it did not. now i am unsure is the graphic card gone ?
