If your ambient temperature is 24°c and you are getting 81°c on stock speed then it's pretty hot. Just download a software called fanspeed and make custom fan curves for your cpu it will greatly reduce your over heating issues and make sure to maintain good airflow.

Have you tried your motherboards display port? Just take out your gpu and then plug in your display cabels into your mobo then see what happens?

It seems like your board is dead maybe your VRM chips shorted. Just try one more time with another supply if you have. Just take out everything only board and supply and try to run it.

If it's not turning on just for a second or not even rotating your processor fan for half a second then it must be your psu problem. Is it even supplying current to your board when you connect psu to your board any of the board lights turning on?
