My ssd has 500mb/s read rate & CrystalDiskMark proves it (sequential read). But on games in ssd, when loading, i monitor the speeds via task manager, read speed is not even 200mb/s, i have 16gigs of RAM & ryzen 5 af, why is happening? Both disk mark & games using sequential read isn't it?

2700x is so expensive for me but ryzen 5 1600 is in the recommended specs for Detroit. But i watched some benchmark and 9400f gives 1.5times more fps than ryzen 5 1600, so I'm confused, my budget is really low like 250$

when i wake pc from hibernate, i have no internet anymore. sometimes internet working after wake up but disconnects after 5mins and running diagnostics always bring back the connection. i use cable not wifi, its a desktop pc, how can i prevent this?
