contact the dealer and tell them they sold you a broken one.. who cares what is wrong with it, no use in putting money into a defective machine.

Cracked motherboard, busted usb ports, its definately not reliable if thats what you are asking, just keep a close eye on it. Keep it away from any potential heat and take it easy, it's really up to you whether or not to replace it but, I'd go ahead and start looking into a new PC in the meantime.
