Okay, tried to fill out the contact form but couldn't leave the serial blank so just wrote "I can't find the serial". After pressing submit it just left me with a blank page, no confirmation nor email confirming my case. Note to self: don't buy Lian Li again.

At least the USB resetting went away. I'm not contacting their support because I can't find the serial number. Also, I might leave them like this till there is a new firmware update for this product.

So I tried disconnecting the usb connection to the fan controller hub this morning, leaving the fans connected with power and guess what! The fans are completely dead, no light no rotation. Seems I have made a poor choice when buying these fans
