BenQ VA panel or LG IPS panel

They both have the same response time. The BenQ has a better contrast ratio (3000:1) The LG has a better-looking bezel. Generally, I prefer LG over BenQ, but I think the BenQ looks like a better choice on this one.

Which CPU should I go with?

If you are gaming, streaming and recording at the same time, the 8c16t CPUs from Ryzen 7 are a no brainer. The i7-7700K is the best gaming CPU, but if you want to do more than that then the Ryzen 7 is a better choice.

Difference between two same LG monitors

I don't know if in your region you can still purchase the 22MP86VQ, but for what I can see the 22MP86VQ-P has Freesync.

    What 27" monitor to get

For pure gaming, I'd recommend the 1440p/144Hz IPS monitors. 4K is the future, but because of that reason, the 4K monitor market is still rapidly evolving.

    ASUS ROG PG278QR vs PG279Q

I have tried both, there is no noticeable difference with the response times. But you do notice the colors. Go for the PG279Q !

    Monitor Overclocking With HDMI?

do you have another HDMI video output from your PC? Did it work fine until after you turned your pc off and then back on? usually, when you are Overclocking a screen, it either works or doesn't work. if it doesn't work, just leave it and windows will turn back the settings after a few seconds.
