Here is a more accurate benchmark. When I tested earlier, my computer tested better for some reason, even with more programs open. Unsure why my RAM and CPU weren't performing as well as earlier, but that's okay for now. I'll worry about that tomorrow lol

After unplugging the cooler and plugging it back in again, the fan correctly started spinning again, and temperatures seem to be back to normal after doing some minor stress testing. Not sure what made it start overheating in the first place but it seems to be fine now. Thanks for the help (y)

After checking in my BIOS, I now see that my AIO Pump is shown as N/A. I don’t know if this was before or after I opened up my pc to try and fix this. Thanks for all of the replies so far guys, will look to fix this tomorrow.

I should have said that the overheating problem started, I took my computer apart to reapply thermal paste, and it didn't change at all, still overheating.
