Dell Ultrasharp U2414H. The only requirement it doesn't meet, is the response time. 8MS. I do gaming on it, and cannot feel any major input lag over a TN panel. It is matte, and is precalibrated.

Dell U2414H fully recommended from here. Pre-calibrated, the only thing I do not like, is that it did not include HDMI cables. You get a mini-displayport to full displayport. Should be around 160£

4770 = haswell, bad TIM 4790 = haswell refresh, better TIM, Z87 bios needs to be updated or Z97 motherboard is needed.

4th gen = Haswell and then there is 4th gen refresh/haswell refresh.

Gamefirst can be turned off, but didnt help for me. If you dont install it in the first place, no problem. But an uninstall will work too.
