    Case fan appears to stall/starts then stops

    So I was away for 4 days on a camping trip and when I got back my case fan started stalling, only spinning very slowly for half a second. Any ideas?

    Evening. When my computer boots, the CPU fan just goes nuts and spins VERY fast. At boot a message (I assume from BIOS) that says: CPU Fan Failure.     I would recommend getting a Razer Blackwidow Chroma for 20 dollars more, and you get the full color spectrum, with razer's "gaming switch"
