Yes, this is a balanced build. He would get 60+ FPS on Crysis 3, BF 4, AC 4 etc. Other contributors please correct me if i'm wrong but this seems like a really nice build to me.

There is a Palit JetStream version of the GTX 780 Ti which is an absolute beast. But just imagine a GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II, that would be epic. And then, there are the most common brands, EVGA and ASUS.
