    Check for the temperature in your case under the temp over 65-70° gpu will start under clocking. Also 430w is low for 1660ti it needs at least 450w PSU but that's for minimum including you have i5-3470 which takes about 75w

    As I have write in question GPU under load didn't go over 2.0 and yes am using performance option in nvidia control panel.

    As you can see from this video there are diff from 3-5fps and vram and ram consumption. In some other videos I have found even 5-10fps so yes there are still diff it's small but it is.

    It doesn't matter if it is low end or high end gpu card PCIe 3.0 provides more fps and better connection... I have already checked the bios there is no option for changing PCIe gen version...

    For future I suggest you to save more money then upgrade motherboard because 970A doesn't support newer cpus and DDR4 ram. After you can buy some newer cpu and ddr4 ram. But if you have only 300$ i suggest you to spent it on gpu you can buy rx580 8gb for 250-300$

    Hello. I am using NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti with i3 3240 on ASUS p8h61-m lx3 r2.0 motherboard which supports PCIe 3.0 but my 1050Ti is only using 2.0 at max even when am playing games. Does anybody know how to solve this I have already checked in bios but there is no option for changing PCIe gen version.
