Everything is updated. Even the BIOS.

This comes also after complete reinstall, and all drivers updated. My CPU spikes in Dota 2, eating it all up when I get into intense teamfights, my CPU doesn't hit over 60 and my GPU hits between 52-59 when playing.

The problem is, i feel my PC is unstable, I have tried a lot. Memory Change, OC them, remove OC and everything.. Nothing seem to make my computer stable, as well I have in mind maybe try and stream. But since I don't know if it's something for me.
