I checked the manual and it says that the ram of my MHz is supported. I have led incidicators on my motherboard to show issues during boot but I don't know what they lights mean as the manual didn't say. Do you have an idea on whether this will work. The boot didn't work without the hard drives...

Yes sorry I meant b350 I was going of the top of my head... so to be clear disconnect all drives and remove one stick and try again. Edit The ram is Gskill Flare X 2 8 sticks at 2400. I haven't checked whether it is supported. Edit 2 Msi states it is compatible with gskill ram. Edit 3 sorry...
