Looks like rams was the problem somehow, i put another sticks and it booted up normally!

As i was sure, the other psu did not even fix the error.. So its not the psu.. It does display nothing, not going to bios either

Do u use the crimson software? It got me about 10-15 more fps on GTA V.. Make sure you don't have any antialising turned on and as the other guy said ur cpu may bottleneck it, it happens to me with GTA V Also if you get 60 fps at its minimum why would you want more ?
