As i said, it only registers the Nvidia High Definition Audio (which works) when i try to troubleshoot. "We're here to help" screen does not appear.

Device manager only shows NVidia High Definition Audio and i have found that if i plug my headset into my monitor, it works. So the GPU's sound card works. I can't troubleshoot cause the devices do not show up

I had to install a new CPU cooler and i when i took the pump off, the CPU came off with it. I accidently dropped the CPU and there might be thermal paste on a pin (not sure). Miraculously the CPU still works, however there is now no sign of audio output. The microphone still works but neither...

I went into the websites but really didn't see anything, although I looked in my device manager and, there's a yellow triangle on 2 things, 1. Under sensors: Microsoft Visual Studio Location Simulator Sensor, 2. Under system devices: AMDA00 Interface

Where do I check for updates? I was at my friend about 2 weeks ago, but it have worked the last 2 weeks

I was playing with friends on it for hours and I haven't gotten problems with it before (about 1.5 years old desktop ) but when I shut it down that night, the screen turned off and the lights in my keyboard and mouse turned off but the pc still made noise so I just held down the power button...
