Yes I do live in country with 220V current. I removed GPU and now using Intel HD alone and it is perfectly fine. No glitches.

I tested it again with my CPU fan speed set in perfomance mode and at 1159RPM and full usage my CPU stays at 77-78. I will just buy Arctic Freezer 34 later for a bit lower temps. Thanks everyone for replying!

In the end of the day it is not all about the gaming and newest parts. Even if I buy expensive cooler I can still use it with newer Intel build or sell it. Anyway, thanks for replying

Mobo: AS Rock H81M-VG4 It is a cheap one, and yeah I got aftermarket cooler because stock one made too much noise so heat won't be a problem. Also planned on buying extra case fans for GPU when I play games. By saying cache files I meant scratch disk.
