Would get the first build. DDR3s are starting to be outdated. Else, go with build #3 if you're going on a budget...

If the graphics card has 2 DVI ports try the other one as a first step. try to use the other ports of your GPU as well.

I don't see many benefits with curved monitors to tell the truth. I would get the first one, which seems pretty solid. Your fps on those games will be much higher than 100. So the first one is profit ;)
